Classes During Trips

Unsalted will offer specialty classes that may be available specific for your trip as requested. If you are interested in any of these, be sure to inquire about these at the time of your booking. 

Cancelation Policy

Trips booked with Unsalted Adventures are all subject to weather. If the weather doesn't allow us to get to your desired location but we can still make a trip on the North Shore, we will refund the difference between the two. 

In order to hold your spot, a non-refundable deposit of half your trip is required. Your dates will not be held until this deposit is made. There will be no refunds unless our trip is 100% weathered out as decided by the Captain or Divemaster for guided shore dives. This means that we cannot leave the Marina for the entire weekend or your guided shore dive cannot be made at all. In this event, we will refund the trip minus the deposit OR provide a future trip at the price that was booked. 

Any cancellations within a week or less of your scheduled dates, there are no refunds. 

North Shore Excursion: 

Join us for a weekend as we cruise the Minnesota North Shore. With several dive sites along the shore, there is a variety of dives that can be made. With everything from wrecks to wall dives, the shore offers dives at every skill level. On the days we may not be able to leave the marina, there are a number of hiking trails in the area as well as several state parks. Guests will stay on board the boat with meals being prepared for you each day. This trip can be booked either as a 2 day excursion at $525/person or 3 day excursion for $600/person. Extended North Shore Excursion:

Join us for this extended weekend cruise which offers our North Shore Excursion with the addition of a trip down to Two Harbors. This location offers a couple of unique dive sites with the shipwreck of the Samuel P Ely as well as the Army Corps of Engineers Breakwall. Night dives may also be offered on this excursion given the location that we will be at. This excursion must be booked as a 3 day weekend given the distance traveled. Costs for this excursion are $675/diver, contact us for group discounts. 

Apostle Islands Excursion:

Our Apostle Islands excursion is our top destination. Based as more of an adventure weekend, the Apostle Islands has several dive sites to offer, hiking trails, island hopping, paddle boarding through sea caves, and snorkeling over one of several shallow shipwrecks. These adventure weekends can be highly customized based on what your group may be looking for over the weekend. Booked as a 3 day excursion, the islands have a lot to offer. Costs for the excursion are $750/person, contact us for group discounts. 

Park Guidelines: 

While on your excursion, all National and State Park Guidelines must be followed at all times. No artifacts or souvenirs may be taken at any time while in the parks. 

Drugs:

NONE. Any illegal drugs found to be on board will terminate the charter immediately. The authorities will be contacted. There will be no refunds.

Tobacco:

Outside only and keep a reasonable time period before and after dives.
